What style of photography do you adopt?
We do not limit your wedding photographs to a certain style. We provide natural and contemporary wedding photography, which can include anything from documentary style shots to the more formal group photographs. As we would have spent time with you before the wedding we will already know exactly what style of photography you like best and will adapt to your needs – after all it’s your day, not ours.

Can we meet you before the day?
Yes, we will have an initial meeting to discuss your requirements. We will also meet during your complimentary pre-wedding shoot. We will always be on hand to answer any questions you may have before the day, either in person or over the phone. By the time your wedding day comes we will know you both well and we feel this makes the whole experience much better.

Do you take any formal or group shots?
Yes. We put no restrictions on the style of photography captured on the day. We will offer our advice on the number of group shots that you want and we usually try and limit the number to around 8 – 10. We will also send you an example list of group shots showing how you can get everybody in 8 to 10 groups. After the group shots we usually take the bride and groom away for the more artistic “couple” shots.

How long do you stay on the day?
We provide a full day of coverage and don’t believe in limiting the shoot to a specific number of hours as we believe that it is important to tell the story of your whole day – from beginning to end. The photography begins from the preparations and lasts well into the evening.

Are your prices negotiable?
Our prices have been worked out based on the high quality of the service that we provide. We would never compromise on the quality of that service so can not compromise on the price.

How do you deal with low light and bad weather conditions?
A good photographer can capture your pictures in all conditions. We have the professional photographic equipment required to deal with low light conditions and will research your venue thoroughly. We always try to visit the venue before the day to ensure there are locations we can use for the group photos and couple shots in the event of bad weather. We also have a number of large white umbrellas that we bring to every wedding – just in case!

How many photographs do we receive?
With every package that we offer you will receive a high-resolution disc with all your images on. A typical wedding will usually have approximately 500 images. You will also receive the rights to print all the images from the disc.

How can family and friends view our wedding pictures?
On the day all your guests will receive a wedding calling card with the details of your private, password-protected online gallery. They will be able to view all the images here from the date advised on the card (usually 3 weeks from the date of the wedding). The images will be available to purchase from the gallery but remember, you also get the rights to print the images yourself when you receive your disc so you may want to tell this to close friends and family.

Do we get to choose the images which go into the album?
Yes, you have complete control of which images will go into your album. After you have chosen the images we will then design the album for you and will send you the design for your approval.

Do your prices include VAT and travel?
All our prices include VAT and travel within a 50 mile radius of the Huddersfield area. If overnight accomodation is required we would discuss this prior to your booking.

How do we secure the date?
A booking fee of £150.00 is required in order to secure your date. This is deducted from the overall package price.

Are you insured?
We are fully covered by Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance.
